Double Room Central Newquay £80pw Bills Included

Hi there, I have a small double room available NOW!
The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
There is a shared bathroom, a good sized communal kitchen (with all cooking utensils/amenities and washing machine), adjoining dining/living area with large wall-mounted widescreen TV. There is also a garden, with table and chairs and in-built BBQ.

All bills are included in the rent, which covers WIFI, electricity, water and council tax.
The house is in an ideal central location being only two minutes walk to town and Tolcarne beach.
There is a bus stop just up the road, and Asda and Aldi supermarkets are just a short walk away, as is the park.

I will only consider people who are EMPLOYED. I am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, and considerate to fellow housemates.
I would prefer someone who can move in soon and wishes to stay all year round. (I will not consider very shorts lets, and the house is not suitable for couples, so please do not inquire in these instances).
