In our lovely large farmhouse 3 minutes walk from the sea. We now have 1 room available .

it is a double let out as a single. This Room is £300. 00 a month (every 4 weeks) or 85 a week. Available 7th June. this room shares a bathroom.

We can supply bedding if you require it. There is also a service clean every few days.

We have a large house with Lovely rooms and we offer short term as well as long term contracts. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, crockery for the same and a fridge in each room. They are furnished and have TV and Freeview. You have full use of the kitchen. There is a Lounge/Dining Room shared by just you - the flatmates - we hardly ever see you we have our own accommodation which is separate.
We are situated very near the sea on the outskirts of a sweet little village with restaurant and pub. Superb Swimming pool and health club facilities minutes away. Fishing from the beach very successful. 10-15 minutes drive from St. Austell.
5 minutes drive from Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about the same distance maybe a little closer

30- 45 minutes from Truro and Newquay
(depending on time of year)

15-20 Minutes from the Eden Project.

Internet access (BT Infinity which is superspeed). Lots of parking outside the stable area

The bus stop is one minute walk from our entrance gate. We are on the lower part of the village (hence no uphill walking ) - on the main road. Across the road is a Petrol Station with mini supermarket, papers and a post office.

This area is very busy with Tourists during the summer and very quiet during the winter.

Lots and Lots of previous flatmates and some current ones all happy to give references. We also require references from yourselves. Our flatmates are all professionals and of similar career status, they all get on really well with each other. The house is very laid back because everyone considers each other.
