Room available in central Penzance to share with live in landlady. My sister is currently staying for a short time . We are both pretty easy going so would prefer someone equally chilled.
Would suit single person but I would consider a couple if suitable and possible need to recalculate price.
Currently there is no broadband but I hope to sort this shortly . To secure room £400 deposit plus one wks rent .
