Located on a quite street in central Penzance.2 minute walk to shops and cafes and town centre. 5 minute walk from the sea front and the bus and train stations. Sharing house with relaxed, friendly female artist , Sharing large well equipped kitchen/dinning room, sitting room, large bathroom(with sea views) and small but lovely Garden. I am a self employed artist, I run art and animation film workshops in schools and galleries around Cornwall. I am down to earth with a good sense of humour. My interest are Art and culture, travel, music, singing, coastal walks, Tango dancing and socialising with my friends. I am vegetarian and I love cooking and eating good food.

I am looking for a like-minded, easygoing, relaxed, friendly, working female, none smoker (preferably over 30). My main criteria is that I get on well and enjoy living with the person I share my house with.
