Nice double bedroom in popular area

A really nice, light double bedroom with built in wardrobe available in a nice large house. We are located on Norton Place, just behind the promenade, near Penlee park, the tennis courts and a short walk into the town centre. There is parking on the road outside.

The house has a shared lounge, large kitchen and bathroom plus a lovely roof terrace with a sea view.

You would be sharing with 2 guys, a web designer and a PE teacher. One of us (landlord) actually works in London and will only be around for 2 weekends a month at the most for the foreseeable future. The other housemate works at a local secondary school in Penzance.

Ideally we would like to share with a quiet(ish) professional who is laid back and easy to get on with. We are both fairly tidy and would prefer to live with someone like minded.

The room is £395pm. Bills are going to be £90pm on top of that.

Smokers are welcome, but strictly no smoking inside the house, we have lots of easy access outside space front and back, or use the roof terrace and enjoy the view instead.

Couples are welcome - but the room cost will be slightly higher and bill shares will be adjusted. Get in touch if this applies to you.
