Cosy Double Room in Convenient Penzance

This is a creative house with a lovely shared kitchen/living space. There's a shared bathroom and an extra toilet.

The room comes with a double bed, linen cupboard, shelves, table and chair/s and thick curtains. It's 2.3m x 2.3m in size, on the ground floor looking onto the street. There's a little extra storage space outside the room, though not loads. There's a theme of wood, eco-paints & painting throughout the house. There's also a small courtyard with a herb/plant bed and space for bicycles. Bills are included.

It's a warm house, only 10 years old. It's 2 minutes walk from the train and bus stations, and 5 minutes from the seafront.

The room and house would suit a working person, as I work from home, who is friendly, relaxed & independent person. An appreciation of good food and sometimes eating together is also welcome. Some contribution to keeping the house clean and tidy expected.

About me; I live here with my dog, I'm self-employed, love the outdoors, I teach about plants, food and also about the body. It's quite a quiet household, with friends round for food sometimes, and generally a calm place where my dog sleeps and eats.
