Large ensuite room in great house!

We have a large loft room with en-suite shower and toilet becoming available and we are looking for an awesome flatmate or two to move in. The room is available for a single person, or a couple.

The room is a great size and is fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and a couple of chests of drawers. It is nice and light and has great views over Penzance. As stated, it has an ensuite shower and toilet.

It forms the top floor of a large 3 bedroom townhouse, and you would be sharing with 2 guys. The house has an additional large bathroom, another separate toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a very large lounge/dining area. The house is literally 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Penzance, and has abundant street parking.

The rent is £475 per month, paid in advance. This price includes all bills, council tax and broadband. One month's rent is also required as a deposit, and references will be required. To account for extra bills, the room will be £500 for a couple.

We are two males, both pretty laid back, both working, and we are both keen climbers. It is not essential that you are a climber though! We are looking for friendly, house-trained people, who are sociable but not party animals. If you are interested, please get in touch.
