Sunny room, quiet friendly house

The room to let is a good size, sunny, furnished, neutral decor. I can be flexible if you have your own stuff. Share kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and conservatory with one other.

The house is a modern spacious 2 bed double glazed, in a quiet cul de sac, and there is off street parking. It has a small front garden which is good for sitting in and watching the sunset when it's warm. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and broadband access. Lovely rural views from the front of the house.

I am often away for work so you'd have your own space a lot of the time. My interests include surfing, theatre and yoga.

I'm looking for a lodger who is responsible, relaxed, tidy and friendly who works more or less full time. Someone who likes a peaceful house. Also environmentally conscious - recycles etc, and conscientious about keeping communal areas clean.

The house is in Goldsithney, 4. 5 miles from Penzance. Easy to get to by car and on bus routes.
It's really convenient for Penzance (10 mins), Helston (20 mins) and Camborne (20 mins). There is a shop, post office with cash point and two pubs. It's a great location for surf with south coast 5 minute drive away and north coast 17 mins on the back roads. There are good walks and bike rides from the house. Beautiful Perranuthnoe beach is 5 minute drive/15 min walk away.
