Looking for student tenant to rent room in family home, Younger students preferred but older considered. normal rules apply, Eg no parties, late night brawls. Room is cleaned weekly. Washing done by separate arrangement. Self catering, independent living within family environment. Bus stop directly outside house. Own front door key. Easy access to Truro /Redruth-Camborne colleges. Rent can be paid weekly /monthly. Smokers ok but not in house.
