Double room in beautiful home

Our home is located in a quiet area of North Country just off the A30.

Large living room and dining area with modern kitchen and appliances. Utility room with high spec washing machine, large fridge freezer are available to use.

We have unlimited wifi as we love to sit down in the evenings to watch movies with a glass of wine.

Large garden which we use a lot in the summer for BBQs, plus a hot tub!
Ample parking at the front of the property.

The garage has been recently converted into gym where we have weights, bench press and a treadmill.

Double room - comes with a bed, side table and clothes rack. Use of the main bathroom which is shared with only one other room. Has a bath/shower, basin and loo.

Also a downstairs cloakroom/loo, plus storage space in the converted garage and outside sheds.

Bills are split evenly between everyone after each month. I sort all of that out so no confusion! With four people it comes to roughly £120 per month each during winter. In the summer it is way cheaper.

We also have a house cat, called Bruce Wayne. He may look at you in disgust, but give him chicken and he's golden. We also have a dog, so fingers crossed you like animals!

What we are looking for in a housemate:
Someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. Has an eye for detail and will chip in without instruction.

Council Tax Band is C with Cornwall County Council.
