Fantastically located for Plymouth & Cornwall

I am renting a double furnished room. This is the first time I have done this and am happy to wait to get the right person.

As a working professional I just ask that you treat the place well and be polite and curteous. My children visit me and I would ask that you would have no issues with this.

Although this room would ideally suit someone seeking a Mon-Fri let, I am happy to consider all applications.

The fee for the room includes bills up to a fair usage.

References are a must as is the deposit.

The room is in a modern, fresh lovely apartment and it is quiet, warm and has that wow factor... It is ideally located for work in Plymouth or for Cornwall. There is off road parking and broadband.

Please do not ask to run a business from the flat.
