I am looking for a professional person/lodger who would like to live in a friendly, modern, light, 'very clean' and recently fully re furbished comfortable home, which has been finished to a lovely standard. It is a spacious 3 storey house with plenty of privacy as the fully furnished bedroom/en suite room is on the top floor. The en suite bathroom is warm and is a full size bathroom. A bath, shower, sink and toilet included. Unlimited super fast fibre broadband and all bills are also included and the bedroom has a TV socket for a small flat screen TV. If you really like living in a clean, quiet and minimalistic non smoking home without pets, it would suit us well. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers with lamp and there is a lovely large mirror on the wall. The house is a minutes walk from a local Shop and Pharmacy and is ideally situated within easy walking distance to plenty of Supermarkets, St Austell College, Schools and the mainline Train Station.
