Ideal location for the Eden Project and surrounding areas, fully furnished newly decorated room with new furniture and new tv. single room to rent out avalible now, all bills included, no deposit, with use of shared lounge, modern newly fitted bathroom , use of cooker (kitchen)and washer, basically everything...(apart from phone) rual over looking fields. and 10mins from beach, we are looking for somebody who is quite and respects our needs in keeping the house clean and tidy and isn't a party animal. we are sociable people and are respectful of ones privacy... our home is always tidy and clean which husband does... you are more then welcome to use the family room. we have a corner shop/post office and chipshop. the town centre is only 3miles away... the area is very quiet and relaxing, we have 2 large gardens front and back, 2 ponds, shed (gardening stuff only). there is a nice sun trap in the back garden when we do have the sun? and wildlife, great location for anyone who works in st Austell ,bodmin, truro, Newquay, we are just 10 minuets drive from the A30, so ideal location for getting around cornwall.
