I have a double room available, preferably for a working male. There is a a shared kitchen/diner and lounge as well as a courtyard garden .Although there is no designated parking, there is usually plenty of space to park a car close to the property.
The rent will include reasonable usage of utilities and includes WiFi.
There is usually one other tenement in the property , but as the owner and landlord I am only occasionally resident , due to working away from home. The other tenant is a working professional. and thus would like a well mannered and easy going co sharer.
