House share, 1xSgl St Breward, near Bodmin

Furnished (bed and mattress, wardrobe/cupboard, curtains and carpets; plus duvet, pillows, bed spread etc if wanted).

House share, so can share living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet etc. Superfast Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble-dryer, oven. Garden and out-house for storage (also room in the floorboarded attic if needed). You can park next to the house, but it is on the road.

All bills included with reasonable usage (minus food and phone).

To share with female (me) age 29 and male age 26. No preference regarding sex, sexual orientation, religion etc - as I am very open-minded - but no drug users please (even recreational). I would say we're easy going and fun to get along with.
Although, no couples or benefits/DSS, please.

I am a smoker, so am not concerned over smokers/non-smokers - I have been smoking in the living room, but can obviously stop if a non-smoker moves in and would prefer that I didn't.

St Breward is a lovely village, on Bodmin Moor, so amazing countryside within a 5 minute walk. It has a pub (10 minute walk from the house), football club and bar (5 minute walk), shop (30 secs) and post office (30 secs). However, it is a 10 minute drive to the nearest town (Camelford) or 15/20 mins to Bodmin or Wadebridge, and the bus service is Corlink, so you would probably need to be able to drive.
