Your room can be furnished or unfurnished and has a fitted wardrobe.
Quiet area with good links to trains, buses and the A30. Easy comute to Penzance, St Ives, Hayle, Redruth, Camborne, Truro and Helston.
The house is double glazed with gas central heating, 2 reception rooms and bathroom with separate toilet, off street parking and gardens with decked area.
We are genuine, laid back people that enjoy social gatherings and getting out and about e. g. walking, bike rides. We are looking for a like-minded housemate to be a part of the household. Must like cake and have a sense of humour!
You will need a months rent in advance and deposit. We are renting through an agent there will be some fees there too but we are happy to discuss these with you and maybe help the right person.
