Nice double room in quiet location

I have a furnished double bedroom in a 3 bedroom character cottage just 5 minutes drive from St. Austell. It is located up a quiet private lane in the village of stenalees, there is regular bus service at the bottom of the lane and the Newquay / Par branch line is 10 minutes walk down the road.
The house has broadband ,sky tv and all the facilities that you would need. You will have free range of the house and gardens . For the boys there is a full size pool table and for the girls a top of the range washing machine ..ha ha
I will accept couples for £700 a month, this will include all the bills including council tax and reasonable usage of the phone.
I have added a few pic , varying in quality , so if ur interested please contact me for a viewing.
