Small double in a beautiful area. Terraced house with 4 sets of neighbours.
Small built in wardrobe and chest of draws also furnished with bed and mattress. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and tidy!
I'm a MH Nurse working 9-5 Monday-Friday's. Ideal tenant would be somebody to share good meals with, come for a run or watch films with me.
I have one cat (Alfie) who also lives with me and he's not great with other pets as much as I would love more.
I'm a very occasional smoker but never in the house. The house has a third bedroom with a single bed and desk in which any tenant would be more than welcome to use and have people to stay once in a while.
Garden is not huge but nice in the summer with a patio area for sitting and a grassy area with washing line. Garage is mostly used for storage.
