Double Room to Rent in Wadebridge

I have a large double room to rent in a terraced victorian character cottage in central Wadebridge.

Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and dining room is shared. Includes use of all available utilities.

Room is part furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe however this can be moved to accommodate your own furniture. All bills included. Wifi included also. Property has gas central heating and electric shower.

I like to keep a tidy house and have one cat. I am liberal minded and I am looking for a trustworthy, respectful, liberal, considerate and fun housemate of a similar age who works full time. I work Monday - Friday 9-5. I do enjoy having friends over occasionally however I also like my own space and would be considerate to your needs.

I would prefer a non smoker. Smoking is not allowed in the house but outside is fine. As the property is in central Wadebridge I have no allocated parking but street parking can be found close by with no bother.

Deposit would be required - £150, and a months rent in advance.
