Double room in lovely Wadebridge house

We live in a lovely Grade 2 listed terraced house, and are looking to rent out a really nice downstairs double bedroom.
Normally there's just myself and my partner in the house, with a friendly lurcher dog called Woody. I've just stopped working as a Special Needs teacher, Guy is a postman.
Guy's children (aged 10, 14 & 15) are with us every Thurs night, & every other weekend.
My kids have left home, though one might be back after Uni finishes this year - we'll see!
We also rent a room through the website 'Air bnb' - look us up at 'Cornish Hospitality at it's best!'. It's pretty quiet in the winter, last year it was busy in the spring & summer. Most guests are from overseas, & it's been great getting to know people from round the world.
We're looking for someone who can 'fit in', & is happy to have other people around in the house. We're not at all noisy & would really prefer someone else who wasn't. We'd be happy with a Mon - Fri let too. The room isn't ensuite but we do have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! There's a nice garden as well. We're also happy to have a very short term let.
