Looking to find a flatmate to take the second room in my flat.
I have lived in Wadebridge for the last month but it's getting pretty expensive renting the place by myself. The flat is really modern and is located right in the centre of Wadebridge close to all the shops and pubs.
The room available is a small double which had a bed (double bed with single top bunk) and there is a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom.
I'm a 29 year old professional and am housetrained. Interests include surfing, music, socialising and sport.
