Situated on a SW facing elevated site, the house is a 2 floor, 7 bedroom with 3 reception areas 2 bathrooms, Kitchen and Utility room. Smoking is permitted on the grounds outside the house. All rooms fitted with fire alarms, fire-doors throughout. All Bedrooms are fitted with their own wash-basin Ward robes, Closets and for little extra a Mini fridge can be supplied. The house is opposite a town service bus stop and close to al local amenities. A short walk to man bus stops serving all major NI towns including Belfast Express Service. Our existing clients are professional people working in, Aviation, Technology and Healthcare professions. Bed linen is provided and washer drier facility is available on site. Whilst the owners will provide weekly clean of general living areas, clients are expected to keep all areas clean and tidy and in good repair.
Each client will be provided with an introduction to the area and the facilities available locally, we will try to accommodate very need including the provision of cycles, and other facilities required although sometimes this may incur an additional charge.
