Spacious double room with private shower room/

Hi, We are a father and daughter living in a lovely modern house. Daughter works full time and father works part time and travels a lot.
The room is spacious and bright with an on-suite shower room.
The house itself is in a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of Randalstown. Right on the main bus routes to Antrim, Belfast, Ballymena, Magherafelt and cookstown.
Ten minutes walk takes you into the village itself.
The village has lots of walks and many historical features.
The potential tenant would be welcome to integrate with us but would have complete privacy.
They would be welcome to use all the facilities and could have friends over on occasion.
WE have two pets, a cat and a dog who are extremely quiet and are not allowed into the main house.
Our one main rule is respect for whoever is working and make sure there are no disturbances to sleep even if shifts are worked.
Smokers are welcome. The house is smoke free but there is a sheltered area outside.
We love movies and have a cinema room which the tenant is welcome to join us for film nights.
Above all we are friendly and outgoing. We work hard and are chilled out!
Our last tenant had no problems and only left due to a job change.
We can arrange for a reference from him should it be required.
