Room to Rent in a Detached Vila

I am planning on moving to manchester as soon as get both rooms rented in this lovely DETACHED house of mine.

The ideal tennant would and should be respectivle as I will be living in manchester I do not have time to fly back and forth to sort out issues that should arise. Ideal this will not be your first rental.

I am fully flexable as to when the rent is paid during the month as long as it is paid before the first of every month.

You have a choice of double rooms once is slightly bigger than the other.

Once rental is confirmed I require One Months rent in advance this is not deposit just as states one month in advance then the next payment would be another 30 days from move in date.

Bills are pay as you go both gas and electric
Eletric=£50 and Gas around the same

You will have free rain of house, it will be redecorated as well cause of previous tennants, over time. There is a full walk in shower and bath tub.
