Professional housemate wanted, to share a modern 3 storey house. Being offered is a fully furnished large double room.

The house is on a friendly and quiet street off the Woodstock/Cregagh Road, just a minutes’ walk from the local shops, 3 large supermarkets and the main bus routes in the area. Within walking distance of the city centre or just a 5 minute bus journey.

The house is fitted with wi-fi broadband and amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. All bills are included except for broadband (half the cost of which is due directly to the other tenant) and the gas and electricity, the cost of which is shared, but they are on pay-as-you-go meters so easily managed.
