Firstly, thanks for reading the advert, I hope its not one of hundreds as looking for a room and a house can be tough going! :)

Anyhows, what can I tell you.... well firstly I own the house, but don't stay there. At the moment there is a lovely girl in the house, she's 26 and works for a childrens charity in Belfast.

This room is downstairs beside the garden, there is a small toilet and sink adjacent to the room also.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (upstairs) and a single (downstairs).
The bathroom/ shower is upstairs and there is also a toilet and wash basin downstairs.

Its fully furnished, with Iron, cutlery, broadband, 32Inch TV, DVD, Ipod player, washing machine, microwave, saucepans, plates, pots etc etc.

There is a private garden to the rear and off street parking.
There is also a garden shed and large insulated attic, which i have no problem people using for storage/ bikes etc.

A gardener comes once a month.

The heating is oil and the cooker is gas.

Its located between the Ravenhill and Cregagh Roads.
