Homeowner looking to ent room house off Tates Av

Looking for housemate to rent a room in my owned house. Double furnished room in beautiful house off Tates Avenue, Belfast. Very modern house with oil fired central heating, wooden floors, great sized bedrooms and kitchen, good sized living room. The rent is £330 which includes bills ie electricity , heating and Virgin Media etc Computer access also. There is also car parking right outside the front of the house. Great location very convenient to Queens University 15mins walk at most, bus routes straight into city centre, city hospital, royal hospital, gyms on boucher road etc. There is a garage less than 5 mins walk away as well as taxi firm, chinese and chip shop nearby. I am clean and tidy. I work 9 - 5 weekdays so am looking for someone who is quiet and sensible enough mid week to share the house with me. I enjoy the odd drink at the weekend but don't want mad party house. Have a dog so you must be pet friendly. Thanks Lesley : )
