The apartment was completed three years ago and has been finished to a high specification. A second double room is occupied by a 28yr old professional male (co-owner).

Preferred applicants will be working professionals or mature / phD students. No smoking allowed within the apartment.

The available room is fully furnished, with a 4'6" double bed, large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, desk, chest of drawers and bed side table. The shared open plan kitchen and living space is fully furnished with dining table, sofa, coffee table, TV etc. with private balcony over-looking communical garden space. Secure parking is available in the basement car park. Gas, electricity, internet access & full sky tv package are included in the monthly rent.
