Have a double room for rent. The property is less than a 2minute walk to the bus stop, local buses go to dundonald, ulster hospital, and of course the centre of town.
Im looking for somebody reliable, and keep the house reasonable. The house has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom has the usual bits and bobs as well as an electric shower.
The house is homely and everyone gets on really well. Everyone in the house is a professional and working full time. It is a relaxed atmosphere.
I'm not adverse to lodgers having friends stay over just as long as the house is respected etc!
