There are three occupants currently renting rooms in this amazing Victorian house looking to fill 1 other available room. If a quiet home life in a house with lots of character and plenty of space for 4 people to get along and do their own thing appeals to you, then we'd like to hear from you.

In addition to having all the mod cons: electric shower, gas fired central heating, broadband wifi and digital TV, the house has a library and a conservatory. Further communal areas include a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and 2 utility rooms (one has an AGA stove), a vegetable plot and a large lawn. Off street parking also available.

The double bedroom available is an attic that has lots of natural light and period furniture as well the convenience of a wash sink. The rent pcm includes rates, internet access and TV license and kitty for household stuff. It excludes electricity and gas bills. The standard applies of one month’s rent in advance and a deposit of one month’s rent. The room is available from 1st February, but move in date could be negotiated. We would prefer someone who is looking to live somewhere for 6 months at least, but are open to discussion.
