Hi there,
We have a room to let in a very fancy city centre duplex apartment. The contract roles onto the end of November but we can talk about a 3/6-month stay also. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and is situated just off the Dublin road behind the cinema and very close to the city centre amenities such as Filthy mc Nasties and Laverys.
Currently living in the apartment are 3 guys, 28-35 who work Monday-Fridays and enjoy the weekends.
