Double room with ensuite in house to share.
Hi there,
Double bedroom with en-suite available in shared house with a 27 year old female and 2 year old dog called Jack.
The house is on the popular Lisburn road, close to all routes into and out of the city and beside lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. It is modern, nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could need already in it. The double room has a new double bed, double wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table and the en suite has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bills are usually 40-60 per month (depends on the month as in the summer very little gas is used, so rarely needs topped up) and this includes, virgin TV, Wi-Fi, electric and gas.
Jack is a Bichon Frise, hypoallergenic dog that is very friendly and quiet but lots of fun.
