I have a large double room available in Mount Merrion.
The house is a semi-detached with a good sized front an back garden. The house has a very nice living room and dining room and a good sized kitchen and bathroom (with electric shower). I will try to add a few more pictures later.
I have Virgin Media with 100MB broadband.
I have a running machine which you will be welcome to use.
I also have a Chocolate Labrador so dog lovers only, please.
The rent will be £250 per month + bill ( about £40). I won't be asking for a deposit just the first months rent up front. If the price is an issue, we can discuss this. If you send me an email with a brief description of yourself and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
