Double ensuite available from Sep in City Centre

Hi there,

My name is Jordan and myself and my flatmate Daniel are looking for someone to move in from 1st September in a lovely apartment building in St John's Wharf near Belfast Central Station.

The room available is a double ensuite with private shower. We have advertised a price of around £280 for the room but it is negotiable and is an estimated price. The apartment has all the basic amenities including washing machine, dish washer, balcony and private parking and visitor spots. Daniel and I don't drive so you would have the space for yourself if you have a car.

I'm 23 and Daniel is 24 and we both work full time, so would be working standard 9-5 sort of hours all week. We're looking for male or female, ideally around the same sort of age and with the same sort of shift patterns.

We like our own space but enjoy the usual nights in watching films and t. v and going out as well. We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy and not looking for a party house but is also easy going and good fun to be around. We're both easy going ourselves and are flexible in terms of requirements etc.
