I would prefer to rent to a young professional like myself but I wouldn't mind sharing with a masters or PHD student.
The flat is a two bedroom with an open plan living and kitchen area. One bathroom, and a patio area out the back. Broadband is included. It is a very well looked after flat but is just a bit too expensive for one person, with the bills split it is much more affordable at 275 per month not including bills.
