Double room to rent in spacious house just off the Ormeau Road for £155 per month plus deposit. No contract required, just a month's notice to leave. Sharing with 3 females and two cats! Room is available to view from 3rd January 2017.

OFCH, all mod cons, wifi, netflix etc, bills usually come to £30 per month for internet/electricity. Ideally located for Queens University (15 minute walk), close to lots of shops and pubs but in a quiet street.

The room has a double bed and comes fully furnished, it's at the back of the house so away from any street noise. Ideally we're looking for someone in their 20s/30s who's laid-back and sociable, like us! (We're a gay friendly household too)

The living area is a through lounge with comfy sofas, tv, xbox etc. The dining area has a great table for hosting, plus there's a decent sized yard with patio furniture for smokers and covered storage for bikes etc.

Bathroom has a bath with electric shower, and lots of storage space.

We are a pretty low key household and enjoy getting together for food or movie nights during the week, we're sociable at the weekends but not a party house!
