Double room available in Willowfield Street, sharing with two professional men. The house is close to local amenities including Tesco, restaurants, Woodstock Rd library, all kind of shops and has good transport links.
Connswater Shopping center is 10 minutes walk and Belfast City Center is approx. 15 minutes walk.
The room is on the 1st floor and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and small bedside table. We also have one bathroom, a normal kitchen and a large living room with two sofas and a projector.
The house is oil heated and additional bills are for top-up electric and internet only, shared between housemates.
About us: we work all day during the week, but like to have a few drinks or a fry and socialize at the weekends. The third housemate would be Molly, our cat.
