Hi!
We are looking a young female professional or post grad to share a house we have in Stranmillis area. We are aged from 21 - 26 and all work full time or are in postgraduate study so require someone in a similar situation. As we are all busy during the week it is not a party house and so require someone who will respect this, instead chilling in the evenings watching tv and having a chat, or having the odd drink or cinema night.
Also must be a non-smoker, clean, respectful and unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets.
Rent is £250 per month including utilities.
Bedroom available is a double room.
