Comfortable double room to rent in nice Rosetta house

Hi there

I am currently living alone with my chocolate lab in a 4 bed house in Rosetta. I plan to rent out 2 double bedrooms for a year or so.

This room is referred to as 'the nook'. It has a small double or 'prince' bed w/ v good mattress, which is built-in to the room, along with a wardrobe, 3 very large drawers underneath, and 3 very large cubby holes above for additional storage. The room was completely redecorated 2 yrs ago and is comfy, warm and beautiful :)

The house has a good sized bathroom w/ wet-room shower + bath; a good kitchen w/ new cooker + induction hob, w/m, d/w, t/d; living room; dining room; sunroom; downstairs WC; large rear garden inc allotment; shed; off-street parking for 2 cars; smallish front garden.

Broadband; gas heating; electricity; and weekly cleaner included in rent.

During the week, I go to the gym early in the morning then work until 5 or 6, so mostly here evenings & weekends.

I work in IT altho I am not a geek! I have a reasonably active social life...not a party animal but not a boring homebody either. I do have the odd social gathering in the house so my new housemate(s) should be sociable :)

I am looking for a housemate (or 2) who are clean, practical, considerate, and who like dogs. My 6 yr old lab is a sweetheart who likes attention. And food! He doesn't chew / wreck things as he gets plenty of exercise.
