I am a gay male professional looking to rent out my spare room. I am looking a clean, considerate professional who is easy to get along with, respectful and mature.
The house is a two bedroom semi just off Dunmurry lane. It is an easy walk to the train stop and bus stop and/or Dunmurry village with all it's amenities, supermarket, bar/hotel and eateries. The M1 motorway is a two minute drive away.
The house has a clean shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has the usual amenities such as washing machine, microwave, Sky TV, DVD player and wireless internet and there is a driveway for use and a great sun-trap rear garden.
The rate is £300 per month including bills and a £300 deposit is also required.
