Modern Detached House (Wi-fi, Bills Inc in Rent)

Room available in modern detached house close to Tesco on Antrim road. The room is large and available for 350 per month inc all bills (there is a double bed for single occupation - no couples and no adults with children). Even though this is a 4 bed detached house only 2 of the bedrooms are rented and therefore you will only be sharing the house with one other person.

All bills are included in the rent (rates, gas, electric, TV licence etc). There is also BT wi-fi broadband available with speeds of approximately 8 Mb. All bedrooms have mirrored sliderobes and come fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer). There are also two toilets - ground floor WC with hand basin and first floor bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower/bath. The house is fully double-glazed and has gas central heating. There is off street car parking available on a private drive behind a gate. All Metro 1 buses go past the bus stop nearby. It is approximately a 10 minute bus journey to the city centre or a half hour walk. Teletech is close by and is about a 15 minute walk. Additional buses are available from the York Road nearby (all Metro 2 buses and Ulsterbus services to Jordanstown).

The rooms are only for single people (no couples or adults with children) and they must be in paid employment. I may also consider mature students.

No DHSS. No pets allowed. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS.

The minimum stay is 3 months.
