Mid terraced house just off Belmont/Strandtown area. The house is in great condition & the landlord is very good at sending out someone for repairs, odd ends around the house that need done.

There are bus stops for the city centre, Holywood/Bangor & Dundonald just a few minutes walk away so it's fairly centrally located.

Connswater shopping centre & retail park, Tesco express, Co-op & a few corner shops are all a few minutes away as well.

Close to: Tesco (Knocknagoney), IKEA, Sainsbury's, B&Q, Parliament buildings, Civil Service, City Airport and Ulster Hospital.

Downstairs consists of a lovely living & dining room, kitchen with washing machine, fridge & freezer & the back has a washing line strung up.
Upstairs consists of two double rooms, bathroom with a bath & shower. There is also a box room with a dryer in it.

Both double rooms contain a double bed, dresser & wardrobe.

There is currently Sky fibre optic & Freeview.

Electric is top up & I find under £40 lasts the month. The heating is oil & will need reordered come Autumn.

I have cats that are very well behaved & would prefer that no other animals are brought into the house.

This is NOT a party house.

Smoking is allowed but I would prefer it wasn't done in the shared areas.
