Double room for rent in great location

Double bedroom to rent in spacious apartment off the Lisburn road with secure underground parking and secure pedestrian entrances. Room includes double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Apartment has open plan living/dining area with double doors/small balcony and kitchen(pictured). Also included but not pictured are the bathroom and utility area.

Would be sharing with one girl and one guy (not a couple). Both PhD students at Queen's (Chemistry and Engineering) and as of September will be in our final year. Due to this we will have to maintain a good work/social balance but still appreciate having a bit of craic in the evenings. Our interests include sports, cooking and hanging out with friends. Primarily looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate; apartment complex expects quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am so no crazy parties but we enjoy having friends over occasionally for food/drinks/etc.
