Fully furnished double room available on the Antrim road £280 all bills included(Wifi).
A spacious room with good storage units. (A new mattress was just put on the bed two months ago) The house is a large Victorian so plenty of space for everyone. It has a shared living area with a living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 bathroom. We also have a large garden.
The house is located on Salisbury Avenue just across from the Fortwiliam shop front (bakers, butchers, subway store and ice cream store). Tesco is just 5 - 10-minute walk and a 1-2 minute walk to the main bus route. Also, a couple of nice local bars and restaurants are within close proximity.
Currently, the housemates are working professionals. We are a friendly, clean and a hardworking bunch. A Northern Irish and Irish lad so all welcome. We both work Monday to Friday. We enjoy running, football, rugby, hurling, dancing and going for a few drinks at the weekends.
We are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate who does their bit to keep the house clean.
