Double room in lovely 4 bed townhouse, Ballyhack

We are a couple looking for someone to share a lovely four bed townhouse in a fantastic location (just off the Ballyhack). Attic room for rent with box room next door which can be used as your own living space.
Two reception rooms and you would basically have the third floor to yourself.
We are a non smootchy/pda couple so don't be put off! We will definitely consider another couple but rent will be adjusted accordingly.
House is in a crescent so very quiet and yet only 2 mins to Ballyhack (5 to Stokers!) where there is everything you will need and only 20 mins into town on the bus.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy and sociable who is also responsible as we have a big dog to consider! He is a friendly boy who doesn't chew and only barks when the door goes. He is big though so confidence and experience living with a dog would be preferred.
We are both professionals so whilst it is not a party house we have no problem with you having friends round etc
Bills will be split (shouldn't be more than 40\month each in winter) and WiFi is included.
