Kingsize room in Finaghy, bills included

Hello :)

I am a 33 yr old female and have a kingsize room available from July 8th. More pics available via email. At the mo I am gonna say I would prefer a female but am open to guys moving in if clean and tidy.

I live in a 3 bedroomed house and the room for rent is furnished with a kingsize bed with underbed drawer storage, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a TV unit (the TV in the pic belongs ot my crrent housemate). There are also lamps and a sky plus multi room box. Rent is £350 per month which includes everything but your food/drinks and stuff for washing your clothes. I hope this does not sound like a lot, it is an even split of the monthly bills and this is not a student house with 5 people living in it....a professional person like myself who likes space will love the place. I have recently decorated the whole house and a new housemate is welcome to decorate the room for rent to their taste.

The house has a front and back garden and driveway big enough for 3 cars (one of them is mine). It also has a garage which has a bit of storage room. The gardens are undergoing a good fixing this spring/summer.

Anyone who is interested will need to be a dog lover and not allergic as I have two dogs, a lovable but daft collie called Starsky and a smart and cute jack russell cross breed called Spink. They are house dogs mostly, I won't leave them out in the cold or rain (I know some may not like the idea of the dogs always being inside). I do all their looking after, walking, feeding etc and of course cleaning so don't expect my housemate to do this.

I am easy going and love to chat and have a laugh. I am usually pretty busy and love travelling so am not always around a lot. I would like to find someone clean and tidy to move in who will look after the house and it's contents and take turns cleaning the shared living spaces. I can't stress this enough as I have had previous housemates who have kind of destroyed things. I would also like someone I can trust with the house and all my stuff in it as I travel a bit so I like to know I am leaving the place in safe hands.
