Lovely Single room for rent in centrally located townhouse, one minute walking distance to rail and bus station, town centre and Bangor Marina. shared kitchen and bathroom!
This is my home and would suit a professional who can respect this. The price reflects 7 day occupation but am flexible to discuss those who commute home at the weekend and would let the rental reflect this 👍😊Very large house with lots of living space. I want my housemate to feel comfortable in my home who will feel free to interact with their friendly housemates, very relaxed tidy house and will require that it is kept that way 😂AND there are two lounges so plenty of chill out space when required . FREE carpark directly opposite my house ALSO some parking also directly oposite my home if you are quick off the mark :- BROADBAND also and all bills inclusive including all household cleaning products i. e. Washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc! ALSO prefer to do the main body of the household cleaning so apart from your own room and cleaning up kitchen/bathroom after use I will keep the rest of the house shipshape 👍😊Bright bohemian front and back garden which looks so much lovelier when the weather improves🤗😎🌞🌼🌺
