Shared use of Living room, Dining room, bathroom, Kitchen, Garden & Patio facilities. Individual fridge available if preferred.
Bathroom with Bath & Shower is downstairs, Gas central heating, Electric shower,
One months rent deposit and at least one months rent in advance. You can choose if you wish to pay weekly or by calender month.
Wifi and most bills included Elec, Gas, Water. Min one month no Max would prefer Short term let i. e. Student or contractor . Willing to feed pets and allow dog in/out if needed in my absence
