Hello I have a double room available from 20/12/2013. The house is situated three miles from Durham City and is in an excellent position to commute from to either Durham City centre or anywhere else across the north east... it takes five minutes to walk to the bus stop ....and the bus is about every twenty minutes, and it takes about ten minutes to reach town.
The house is modern and fully furnished and you would be sharing it with me, i'm usually at work from 8am until 6pm........if you would like to arrange a veiwing of the room please feel free to get in touch any time up until 11pm
