Large double room with en-suite - Darlington

We have a room to rent in West Park, Darlington. It is a quiet area, located just off the A1 and a short drive to the town centre. We are a 5 minute walk to the local shops, a pub and a restaurant.
The room is a large double room (the whole top floor of our 3 storey house). It has a large ensuite, walk in wardrobes, digital tv with freeview, DVD player, access to wireless broadband, and is furnished with a double bed, shelving, drawers and seating. You will have access to your own fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen. You will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is parking space available right outside the house.
We are a couple (aged 34 and 32) who both own and live in the house. My partner smokes (is quitting!) but nowhere in the house other than the kitchen, and never when food is being prepared. We both work full time and have 2 friendly cats.
